2. About Pint & Protect
Pint & Protect is a fundraising campaign dedicated to honouring British veterans and funding community projects across the United Kingdom. The campaign is operated by Pint & Protect.
3. Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- Use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
- Introduce viruses, trojans, or other malicious code
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
4. Donations
4.1 General
All donations are voluntary and made at your sole discretion. By making a donation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to make the payment.
4.2 One-Time Donations
One-time donations are processed immediately via Stripe. Once your payment has been confirmed, the donation is complete.
4.3 Monthly Subscriptions
If you choose a monthly subscription donation, you authorise Stripe to charge the specified amount to your payment method each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
4.4 Refunds
Donations are generally non-refundable, as funds are allocated to community projects. However, if you believe a donation was made in error or without your authorisation, please contact us within 14 days at [email protected] and we will review your request in accordance with your consumer rights.
4.5 Use of Funds
All funds raised through Pint & Protect are used to support veteran-led community projects across Britain. We are committed to transparency and responsible use of all donations received.
5. Pub League & QR Codes
Participating pubs may display QR codes that link to the Pint & Protect donation page. When you scan a QR code and make a donation, that donation is attributed to the relevant pub for the purposes of the campaign league table. QR code scanning data is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is the property of Pint & Protect or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our written permission.
7. Disclaimer
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to keep the site accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees about the completeness, reliability, or availability of the site or its content.
8. Limitation of Liability
